Returns & Refunds policy

You may return your order for a refund as long as it is not customized. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Please email me within 10 days of receiving your order if you’d like to start a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after I receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

• Your order was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is in its original packaging

• The order was not customized

I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your order.

I am not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping, so I recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned item or proof of delivery.
